The Training and Learning Management Specialist will work with SME’s to help create training content for the Manufacturing Technical Training Program and administer courses in Navigator Learning Management System.
- Utilize content development tools to create training materials for traditional instructor-led courses, on demand courses, and blended learning programs
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify relevant training content
- Write or edit copy for instructional text or audio narration
- Create training support content such as quick reference guides, knowledge checks, learner activities, and course assessments
- Create and/or update content to deploy via Navigator Learning Management System (SAP Success Factors)
What you will bring to the team
- 2-3 years of experience in a learning and development or training role, focusing on Instructional Design
- Affinity for emerging technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Word.
- Verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leadership and subject matter experts
- Skilled in time management, organization, planning and prioritization, ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in English – verbal and written
- Experience in course development software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia or any video editing software.
- Experience in video creation and editing
Plus Factors:
- Experience with a Learning Management System is a nice to have
- Chemical industry experience is a good to have
- Additional spoken/written languages is an advantage
