In Hamburg we are looking for an
HR Advisor (m/f/d)


The HR Advisory Team "Central Europe" focuses on advising line management on all aspects of the employee’s life cycle and provides support in various projects, including international ones.

 

Your tasks would be

  • advising business managers in HR matters
  • participation in (international) projects and reorganizations; support and implementation of change processes
  • participation in recruiting processes
  • responsible for continuous improvement of HR processes and guidelines
  • close collaboration with the Country Chair and all GSS streams
  • regular cooperation with works councils

Position Qualifications

What you should bring with you

  • 3+ years of professional experience as HR generalist
  • a confident and customer-oriented demeanor
  • communication skills, experience in negotia-tions
  • a proactive approach, being solution oriented
  • a university degree or similar qualification is recommended
  • very good ability to work in a team
  • fluent German and English skills
  • knowledge in labor law is helpful
