We are seeking a Senior Recruiter
to join our GSS Recruitment team based in Gdynia, Poland.
To succeed in this role, you should be a caring and respectful team player with a proactive approach and cultural awareness.
In this position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders in the business. You will play a key role in building our talent community by attracting and hiring candidates across Europe in the areas of classification, technical assurance, software, advisory services, or data management services for the maritime, oil & gas, power, and renewables industries. So, you must demonstrate your passion for social media and digital solutions, as well as expertise in managing full recruitment processes lifecycle to provide guidance for the business and bring true value to the hiring process.
When employed, you will be a part of the GSS Talent Acquisition Team of around 20 recruitment professionals.
In your role you will:
- Drive large scale and complex hiring and sourcing recruitment projects
- Develop direct search strategy by seeking, identifying and evaluating innovative opportunities for recruitment campaign improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships within both potential candidates and business areas; become recognized as a talent knowledge expert
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of current recruitment directions in the industry, government, and technology
- Stay updated on trends and market situation within the area of sourcing & recruitment, in particular, social media and digitalization
- Assist with job analysis, job description development, and phone interviews
- Screen and qualify applicants on a time-sensitive basis
- Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System
- Support and advice on all recruitment related issues
Position Qualifications
To maximize your chances, you need:
- Solid recruitment experience especially in the European region, ideally from RPO/SSC organization or Recruitment Agency
- Previous experience with sourcing through different social media platforms and tools
- Professional English skills required, both written and verbal
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
